Assistant Project Manager Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with the Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, with a focus on multifamily construction and capital improvements. This position requires strong project management skills, knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to effectively manage budgets, schedules, and teams.
Position Overview
The Assistant Project Manager will assist the Project Manager in all stages of the construction project, from planning and design to execution and completion. They will also be responsible for ensuring the project stays within budget and on schedule, as well as maintaining quality control and managing subcontractors.
