This full-service firm specializes in areas such as litigation, transactional, municipal, and healthcare matters. They are searching for an Associate Attorney with 4-10+ years of experience in litigation, particularly focusing on construction and personal injury cases.
Offer:
$75,000 - $130,000+ contingent on experience

Qualifications:
4-10+ years of litigation experience
Experience with construction, personal injury, motor vehicle, premises, general liability, product liability, municipal ability, education, toxic torts, insurance coverage, or senior care facilities
Iowa Bar in good standing
Juris Doctorate
Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload involving substantial litigation across various practice areas, which may include construction, personal injury, motor vehicle, premises, general liability, product liability, municipal liability, education, toxic torts, insurance coverage, and senior care facilities
Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing motions
Attending court hearings and depositions as needed
Advising clients on legal strategies and case progression
Collaborating with senior attorneys on complex litigation cases
Maintaining case files and ensuring all documentation is up to date
