An established firm based in West Des Moines, IA, with over 50 years in practice, is seeking a Transactional Attorney to join their team. This full-service firm specializes in diverse areas, including litigation, transactional, municipal, and healthcare matters. They are searching for an Associate Attorney with 4-10+ years of experience in transactional law, specifically focusing on areas such as mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and corporate governance.
Offer:
$75,000 - $130,000+ contingent on experience

Qualifications:
4-10+ years of experience in transactional law
Strong background in handling matters related to mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, corporate governance, and business law
Iowa Bar in good standing
Juris Doctorate
Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and corporate governance
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements
Advising clients on corporate structure, compliance, and governance issues
Conducting due diligence for complex transactions and providing strategic legal advice
Collaborating with clients and team members to ensure the successful completion of transactions
