Established (40+ years) AM Law 200 Full Service Law Firm Seeking L&E Associate in Cerritos, Pasadena, or Irvine
An established firm based in Southern California with over 40 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its employment law team in Cerritos, Pasadena, or Irvine. This Associate will have experience with PAGA, wage and hour, and employment litigation matters.
Offer:
Competitive compensation package ($110k-$160k+, depending on experience)
Monthly productivity bonus and end-of-year bonus
Profit sharing (10% of compensation)
Health, dental, and vision insurance
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in employment litigation, including PAGA and wage & hour claims
Deposition, mediation, and trial preparation experience preferred
California Bar in good standing
Juris Doctorate
Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of PAGA, wage & hour, and employment disputes
Defending employers in class action and representative PAGA claims
Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing motions
Handling depositions, discovery, and settlement negotiations
Representing clients before administrative agencies and in court hearings
Providing risk assessment and strategic counsel to employer clients
