Well-established law firm with over 60 years of history, is seeking an Associate Business Litigation Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their team in Sacramento, CA. Who you are:
2-5 years of business litigation experience
Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and law/motion skills
Experience with depositions, discovery, and legal research
Bankruptcy litigation experience (a bonus, but not required)
CA Bar in good standing
Juris Doctorate
What you will be doing:
Collaborating with the litigation team to solve complex legal problems
Engaging in persuasive legal writing and law/motion proceedings
Preparing for, taking, and defending depositions
Conducting thorough legal research and managing discovery processes
Growing within a dynamic and supportive legal team
