Who you are:
3-7 years of experience in natural resources, water, environmental, tribal, or land use law
Strong legal analysis, writing skills, and attention to detail
Experience in litigation, with a quick, resourceful mindset
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
CA Bar in good standing
Juris Doctorate
What you will be doing:
Working on complex water and environmental law cases for public and private clients
Handling challenges related to land use, environmental, and Tribal law
Collaborating with a resourceful and fast-paced team to develop innovative legal strategies
Managing litigation and advising clients on regulatory compliance and permitting processes
Navigating state and federal environmental regulations, including CEQA, NEPA, and the Clean Water Act
