Audit Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to join our team at one of the Top 100 CPA Firms. The ideal candidate will oversee audit engagements and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role is pivotal in maintaining the firm's reputation for excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, including the supervision of audit staff.
Review and analyze financial statements and related reports to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to complex financial issues.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with audit processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency.
Conduct training sessions for junior staff on auditing standards and practices.

Qualifications

Active CPA License in good standing.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and auditing standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
