Engineer II Civil Design

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Engineer II Civil Design to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing civil engineering designs for various land development projects. This role requires a strong foundation in civil engineering principles, site design, and proficiency in design software.

Key Responsibilities

Develop civil engineering designs for land development projects
Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure project success
Utilize MicroStation and AutoCAD for detailed design work
Conduct site analysis and prepare construction documents
Perform earthwork analysis and drainage design
Ensure compliance with zoning regulations and safety standards
Assist in utility design and swale design projects
Evaluate sediment control methods and implement erosion control solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Engineer In Training (EIT) certification preferred
1+ years of experience in civil engineering and site design
Proficient in MicroStation and AutoCAD
Strong understanding of land development principles
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Prior experience in construction documents and site engineering preferred
