Job Title: Commercial Construction Estimator
Location: Southeast Cleveland/North Summit Country - On Site
Salary: $80k-$95k - dependent on experience
Requirements: Bachelor's in Construction Management or related and 2+ years experience in estimating for projects exceeding 20MM - preferred

Our team of skilled engineers and architects, construction professionals, and back-office staff work hand-in-hand to deliver various services, including design, build, and project management. As we continue to expand throughout the nation, we seek an Estimator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for estimating projects and soliciting bids and subcontractors for Multifamily and Industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have proven buy-out experience, strong takeoff knowledge, and prior experience in design-build construction.
