Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Attorney
Job Location: Bethesda, MD
Job Salary: 150k - 200k (DOE) + Bonuses

Based in Bethesda, MD, we are a law firm that focuses its practice primarily on transactional real estate, business, tax, estate planning, and general litigation. For 40+ years, our firm has served clients throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
Due to growth, we are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney who has 5+ years of experience. Must have experience in real estate transactions and lender/borrower matters. The ideal candidate is an active member of the Maryland Bar (in good standing). Bar Memberships in Virginia, and/or D.C. are a plus.

What You Will Be Doing
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transaction documents (e.g., purchase agreements, loan documents, development agreements, joint venture agreements, etc.).
- Reviewing and analyzing due diligence materials for various types of real estate transactions.
- Supervising the review of title and survey.
- Draft and review entity governing and authorization documents.
- Organize and coordinate closings.
Must Have Skills
1.) 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Attorney (real estate transactions and lender/borrower matters)
2.) Active member of the Maryland Bar (in good standing). Bar Memberships in Virginia and/or D.C. are a plus.
3.) Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school and strong academic performance.
