Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Sales & Management Professional to help lead and grow our new residential division. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in roofing sales and project management, ideally with estimating experience. This is a leadership-track position, with the opportunity to evolve into a General Manager role as the division scales.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and build relationships with residential clients, including HOAs and condominium boards.
Conduct site visits, assess project scopes, and generate accurate proposals and estimates (estimating experience preferred).
Manage residential roofing projects from contract to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, and finance) to ensure project efficiency.
Recruit, mentor, and lead sales and project staff as the division grows.
Contribute to strategic planning and business development efforts for the residential market.
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and client presentations.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in residential or multi-family roofing sales and project management.
Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
Estimating experience is a significant plus.
Experience working with HOAs and condominium communities is highly preferred.
Proven ability to lead teams and scale operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with a growth mindset and leadership ambition.
