Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of our civil construction projects, ensuring they meet all safety, quality, and budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of civil construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA safety standards, and other regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
Lead project meetings and provide clear direction to the project team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction project management.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
