Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Yakima, WA (GREAT relocation package)
Salary: $105,000-$115,000 + 10% bonus
Requirements: At least 5 years' experience in Manufacturing Maintenance, with at least ideally 1 year as a Manager or Supervisor

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join us and continue to grow what we stand for! You will be a leader and provide mentorship to instrumentation technicians. You will work closing with the Director of Engineering, product development, and plant staff.
Tasked with overseeing the plant's maintenance activities and offering maintenance support. This role involves training employees, establishing and maintaining a preventative maintenance program, initiating and managing capital projects, developing and implementing safety-related programs, and mentoring supervisors and mechanics. The aim is to ensure departmental and operational safety and regulatory compliance.
