Position Overview
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring the optimal performance of equipment and machinery. This role involves leading a team of maintenance technicians, developing maintenance strategies, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards in all maintenance activities.
• Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance without disrupting production.
• Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses to achieve cost-effective operations.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S, to streamline maintenance processes.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements for maintenance procedures and practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and best practices.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
