Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

Position Overview
The Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of corporate jets to ensure the highest safety and quality standards. This role involves managing a team of technicians, coordinating maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of aircraft maintenance technicians in performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on corporate jets.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FAA regulations and company policies.
Develop and manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize aircraft availability.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of aircraft to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety standards are met.
Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff on best practices and new technologies related to aircraft maintenance.
Collaborate with flight operations and other departments to understand aircraft usage and maintenance requirements.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed on each aircraft, including inspections, repairs, and parts used.

Qualifications

Valid A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) license is required.
Proven experience in an MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) environment.
Previous supervisory experience in aircraft maintenance is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of corporate jets, specifically models such as Falcon, Gulfstream, Citation, Challenger, Hawker, and HondaJet.
Strong understanding of aviation safety regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
