Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: West Chicago, IL
Requirements: 2-3+ years of Maintenance experience
Salary: $32-$40/hr DOE
We are a Food & Beverage Manufacturing plant located in West Chicago, IL. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be working directly with the Maintenance Engineering team and will be responsible for participating in the daily operations of maintenance repair team, completing repairs as they arrive, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. What You Need for this Position
Preferred Experience with:
- Experience with mechanical, electrical repairs, various equipment repair in a manufacturing plant
- 2-3+ years of manufacturing professional experience
- Experience with maintenance repair, preventive maintenance, electrical trouble-shooting, health & safety compliance
-Experience with (1) or any of the following: Electrical, HVAC, Data, High/Low Voltage, Machining, or PLC's.
-Understanding with Welding, Boilers, and Compressors.
-Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or similar
-Experience running conduit lines
-Experience with industrial or commercial grade machinery
Nice to Have:
- Experience as a Maintenance Technician/Mechanic or similar role
- Experience or desire to work in the food & beverage industry
