Title: Production Manager - Food & Packaging
Location: Owensboro, KY - Relocation Assistance Available
Salary: $70,000,80,000/Year + 10% Bonus and Benefits
Requirements: This candidate must have experience as a Production Manager within a Food and Beverage Manufacturing Facility. Knowledge of high-speed machinery and working with USDA/FDA Regulations will be needed. Team leadership in past roles will be required. What You Will Be Doing
The Production Manager is responsible for all employees in the production department, daily supervision and directing of the production lines under his/her supervision. This position is responsible for ensuring that company standards are achieved and maintained with an emphasis on continuous improvement, providing support, structure and training for employees within the department. The Production Manager will be required to be a hands-on, self-starter with the ability to motivate and lead staff.
