Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location - Remote or hybrid in Lacy WA or Seattle WA
Pay - $65-75K
Requirements:
- Prepare and monitor all project scope and development
- Work closely with multiple Project Managers on budget preparation, monthly invoicing, preparing progress reports to accompany invoice, earned value reports monthly
- Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple assignments with time constraints
- Coordination of contracts, invoicing with sub consultants
- Review project contracts for inherent risk
- Tracking, documentation and notification of project changes
Qualifications
Associates degree or 3 years of prior client billing, or general accounting
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work on a highly professional level with clients, and internal team members.
- Problem solver with an interest in making effective impact on quality
- Knowledge of the A&E industry required
- Deltek Ajera or Deltek Vision (nice to have)
