We are looking for a Project Manager with Commercial and Residential experience to join our Construction team and lead our projects. We are an established and Growing GC in the Denver area. We are a tight-knit team and smaller GC that is actively growing.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing building processes and coordinating with subcontractors, while ensuring that construction processes adhere to safety regulations and local codes. You will have the opportunity to take on exciting and challenging projects. You will also have opportunities to work on innovative projects, while receiving ongoing professional development and mentorship from experienced professionals.
As a Superintendent, you will be overseeing the construction projects and managing the resources, personnel, timeline, and subcontractors. You will also ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, and will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
We are seeking a Project Manager with more than 3 years of experience in the commercial construction field. The successful candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to communicate effectively with team members, and have a good understanding of local building codes and regulations. The Superintendent must have experience working with glass, Interior Renovations, Tenant Improvements, or related projects.
