We are on the lookout for an experienced and driven Roofing Project Manager to join our growing team! In this dual role, you'll lead the entire process for commercial and residential roofing projects, from bid preparation to project completion. Your expertise in a wide range of roofing systems and dedication to delivering top-quality, competitive estimates will help ensure successful, seamless project execution every time.
Key Responsibilities
Site Assessments: Perform on-site inspections to gather crucial details about each project-measurements, roof condition, material needs, and potential challenges.
Bid Preparation: Develop comprehensive bids and proposals, including labor, materials, and timelines, ensuring they are competitive and meet profitability goals.
Material Sourcing: Accurately determine material quantities and specifications, working with vendors to secure the best pricing and timely deliveries.
Client Consultations: Engage with clients to discuss project scope, address questions, and ensure clear alignment on project requirements, budget, and timeline.
Cost Analysis: Evaluate costs and identify opportunities to enhance profitability without sacrificing quality; keep pricing models up to date based on market trends and labor rates.
Project Scheduling: Coordinate schedules and resources with superintendents to optimize productivity and avoid conflicts.
Pre-Construction Meetings: Conduct pre-construction meetings with superintendents, clients, and subcontractors to ensure everyone is aligned on project requirements, safety protocols, and expectations.
Qualifications
5+ years in roofing estimation and project management, with a strong grasp of both commercial and residential roofing.
Proficient knowledge of various roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, tile, and asphalt shingles.
Proficiency in estimation software (i.e. EDGE) and project management tools.
Excellent communication skills with a proven track record in client-facing roles.
Strong ability to analyze, solve problems, and keep projects organized and on track.
