Project Manager - HVAC

For 80 years we've been servicing the Upstate and Central New York areas as one of the nation's largest privately held HVAC/R contractors.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - HVAC to oversee our commercial HVAC projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and construction management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage HVAC projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
Develop project plans, including scopes, schedules, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues that arise.
Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, plans, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC industry or construction sector.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and maintenance.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
