Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate transactions to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in representing clients in complex real estate matters, providing strategic legal counsel, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We have an extensive and diverse commercial and residential real estate practice that includes real property transactions and disputes. We represent individual and institutional clients in all aspects of purchasing, selling, leasing, financing, developing, and managing real property.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents.
Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions, including title reviews, environmental assessments, and zoning analyses.
Advise clients on legal matters related to real estate development, land use, and property management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful transaction closings.
Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes impacting real estate law.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar.
At least 3 years of experience in real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements for commercial or residential real estate.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
