Sales Market Manager (Cement/Concrete)

Location: Odessa TX

Industry: Manufacturing/Mining (Cement & Aggregates MFG Company)

Base Salary: $90k-$120k+ (Depending on experience) 

Bonus: Yes - 12.50% 

Relocation: Yes - $15k



Position Overview
The Sales Market Manager for Cement/Concrete will oversee the sales strategies and market development in the cement and concrete sector. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing customer relationships, and managing client accounts to enhance market presence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for cement and concrete products
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Forecast sales trends and prepare reports to inform management decisions
  • Deliver product presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in cement, concrete, or aggregates
  • Strong client management and customer relations skills
  • Proven ability in sales forecasting and reporting
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of ready mix concrete products and industry standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
