**Rate - 1099 or C2C = $70/hr - $95/hr, W2 = $50/hr - $80/hr**

Responsibilities:
Develop gap analysis and detailed documentation.
Document and diagram functional and technical process flows.
Conduct research and analyze statistical data to make recommendations on administrative and operational problems, policies, and procedures.
Provide support for data audits for the department.
Actively participate in solution testing.
Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Serve as a central point of coordination with IT on significant application/hardware problems and change request issues that require assignment of resources.
Evaluate solutions and CMMS system vendor deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
Develop and maintain system user documentation.
Provide user support and training, including developing training materials, handouts, desktop procedures, and conducting training classes and one-on-one sessions.
