Title: Senior Construction Project Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Salary: $100,000 - $160,000/year Base Salary
Founded in 1967, we are a commercial general contractor and construction manager. We have found our success within the construction industry through building trusting relationships in our external and internal teams and customers. We focus mainly on larger commercial and industrial projects including: Healthcare, Educational, Municipal, Offices, and Retail.
1) Assist in training and hiring of staff as well as holding them accountable for our standards
2) Ability to grow within Retail as it grows and can assist with BD and pre-con as desired/capable once the teams have been trained
3) Help build lasting relationships between project teams, owners, and consultants
4) Scheduling - Prepare preliminary schedules for the design or bid phase, as needed
5) Help prepare subcontracts and master agreements, including scopes of work and reviewing trade partner markups
6) Cost Management - Assist in the preparation & uploading of budgets into the Joeris management software
7) Coach the project team on the tracking, projecting, and management of costs throughout the project
8) Preconstruction - Work alongside the estimating team to develop estimates, from conceptual budgets to GMP & CSP proposals
9) Mediate between project teams and trade partners
1) Bachelor's degree in construction, construction mangement, or related field; or related construction experience
2) 7+ years of Project Management in commercial and industrial
3) OSHA 30 Certification
4) Organizational Skills/Multitask/Conflict Resolution Skills
