Location: Cleveland, OH (must be onsite weekly) not interested in relocating candidates
Salary: $120K -$160K (salary depends on experience)
Requirements: - 5+ years relevant experience in Data Analyst role, Bachelor's in Data Science or related field

- Develop comprehensive data analysis and valuation models to support business decisions
- Perform data mining using state-of-the-art methods and predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes
- Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions
- Present data and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
MUST HAVES
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Bachelor's
NICE TO HAVES
- Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
- Advanced knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau & Power BI)
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with programming (XML, Javascript, Python and ETL frameworks)
- Datawarehouse techniques
- Proven experience in managing and leading analytical projects
- Salary $120K-$160K (salary depends on experience level, can be higher or lower than salary presented)
