Position Overview
The Senior Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules to ensure timely project delivery. This role requires expertise in scheduling software and a strong understanding of project management principles. The Senior Scheduler will work closely with project managers and teams to facilitate effective planning and resource allocation, ensuring that all project milestones are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using scheduling software and Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate with project managers and teams to gather project requirements and timelines.
• Analyze project schedules to identify critical paths and potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage resource allocation to optimize project performance and efficiency.
• Utilize risk management techniques to anticipate and mitigate scheduling risks.
• Prepare and deliver reports on project status, schedule updates, and forecasting.
• Facilitate team collaborations to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
• Support budgeting processes by providing schedule-related information and analysis.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews and adjustments in response to project changes and stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in scheduling or project management roles.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and tools, including Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of Time Management, Resource Allocation, and Critical Path Method.
• Experience with Risk Management and Budgeting in project environments.
• Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
