Job Title: Machine Learning Lead Engineer
Job Location: Menlo Park, CA - HYBRID (in office Mon, Tues, Wed)
Salary: 250k-280k DOE
Position Overview
We are a passionate EdTech company seeking an experienced Machine Learning Lead to oversee our machine learning initiatives and guide the development of innovative solutions. This role will focus on leveraging deep learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning to enhance our product offerings while ensuring optimal model architecture and deployment.
This person will lead and inspire a team of 3-4 people while still being 100% hands on. We are a flat org, with this role reporting to the CTO.
