Title: Superintendent
Location: Remote Position
Salary: $80,000 - $125,000/year Base Salary
Founded in 1988, we are an electrical service provider specializing in serving the telecommunications firms. We provide installations maintenance for data centers, network sites, and critical facility environments. - Complete solutions for AC & DC Power, mechanical, HVAC, Power Generation, Construction Management, Fire Suppression, Site Monitoring, Structured Wiring, and Maintenance.
We are looking for a Superintendent that has solid experience with coordinating, scheduling, daily reporting, and supervising of all onsite building, civil, electrical, mechanical subcontractors, and emplyees assigned to projects for EV Charging Stations and Telecommunications sector.
1) Provide overall administration and technical management of the onsite project team
2) Responsible for overseeing the installation and construction of all elements inside and outside the data center or hub space on the customer's site
3) Provide planning, recommendations, and work guidance in support of productivity, for the entire construction project
4) Physically assist in work as needed and performing any project punch out not covered by other employees or subcontractors
5) Responsible for supervising the activities of the CI construction team with responsibility for some financial and/or operational results including planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling the activities of the onsite team. Ensuring the project(s) stays on or under budget
6) Daily reporting as required to the project management team and client
7) Provide technical advice and subject matter expertise across multiple construction disciplines for assigned projects
8) Responsible for the oversight of all day-to-day functions of the team including work map design review, quality performance, and time reporting
9) Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of technicians while driving change to meet Centerline's strategic business goals
10) Identify appropriate resources needed and work with the department manager to develop plan schedules
1) Bachelor's degree in construction, construction mangement, or related field; or related construction experience (Preferred)
2) 5+ years as an Electrical Superintendent - EV Charging Stations & Telecommunications
3) Skilled with coordinating, scheduling, daily reporting, and supervising
4) EVITP Certification (Preferred)
5) Technical Expertise: Microsoft Suite, and Procore
6) OSHA 10 and 30 (Preferred)
