About Us
Manage day-to-day onsite activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
Develop and maintain construction schedules, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or challenges.
Enforce high construction standards, conduct regular inspections, and ensure all work meets Muter Construction's quality expectations.
Implement and enforce company and OSHA safety policies, conducting daily jobsite safety meetings and ensuring a culture of safety on-site.
Serve as the primary onsite representative, fostering strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
Proactively identify and resolve project issues to maintain efficiency and minimize delays.
Qualifications
5+ recent years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction, with a strong emphasis on ground-up projects.
