Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Account Manager to drive sales growth by identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and managing the sales process for custom-engineered products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth.
Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs using technical products and services.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
Utilize CRM and ERP systems to manage customer accounts and track sales activities.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products and services.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales or account management, ideally in manufacturing or capital equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of technical concepts, with the ability to perform heat transfer calculations (e.g., heat loads, BTU loads).
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and ERP systems.
Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical abilities.
Customer-focused approach with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
